Mock Mascarpone Cheese

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup heavy cream
5 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup confectioners' sugar
Place cream cheese, cream, sour cream and confectioners' sugar in small bowl of electric mixer and beat until sugar is dissolved and cheese is spreadable.
Makes about 1- 1/2 cups.
