1 medium - Poblano pepper (diced)
1 medium - onion (diced)
1/2 pound - cheddar cheese (grated)
2 quart - water
1/2 pound - monteray jack (grated)
12 oz - Grits
4 - eggs (beaten)
1/2 pound - butter
Salt to taste
