I am a Chef based in Las Vegas,Nevada with over Twenty years experience graduating from the French Culinary School in NY and the New York Cooking School. I worked 15 years as a personal chef for a movie producer and many more rich and famous people .
In Las Vegas now am Specializing in Recipe development for the hospitality industry, including the most upmarket restaurants
