Very well put and the last is true for me. I would go zonkers without my puter and pals, I have always loved to read and so when I got my first computer about 10 or 11 yrs ago I was in heaven since then me and hubby have met some of my online friends, also happy to say I have 2 email pals for 9 yrs now so neat. I also do online banking and some shopping heck we would have never found half the parts for our classics had we not been online there are so many benefits and like anything in life it...

good article, I think the downside of the internet is that its way to easy to "mask" friendship and then so easily toss it aside when someone dosnt agree with you or do what you want. in the face to face of life--we sometimes are forced or more willing to sit down as adults and fight for our friendship.

This little ditty was written sometime ago and I thought this was perfect time to share considering what has happened in the past week.

Have you ever wondered what we're doing on here? Is this a place to just unwind… throw an occasional comment… confabulate the minor details of our lives and move on to the next friend on the list?

I think it's much more.
