Watch the cooking times when baking the tortilla. I burned mine the first time following the times of 5 minutes per side before the toppings are put on. I cut
the time down to 4 minutes and on just one side on my second try. I used a whole wheat tortilla instead of a flour tortilla, which could be why it burned so
easily.
